The Phalen Park Picnic Pavilion is at 1600 Phalen Park Drive (*not Phalen Park Boulevard*).
One end of Phalen Park Drive can be accessed from East Wheelock Parkway/Johnson Parkway (enter the park grounds, drive past the Beach house, then past Phalen Lake Activity Center on your right to continue to the Picnic Pavilion, which will also be on your right with parking right in front of it).
The other end of Phalen Park Drive can be accessed from Maplewood Drive/61/Arcade St, which will take you past the Phalen Golf Course to your right. You will see a parking area for the China Friendship Garden on your left (lakeside), but continue on to the next parking area in front of the Picnic Pavilion.
